I experienced it as a day in which everything was allowed to be there, in which my body was allowed to be part of the conversation with myself and in which so much was allowed to wake up in the interaction with other \u2018bodies\u2019. wonderful to slide into the long weekend afterwards of which I noticed afterwards that I was allowed to stay in the vibe of the training, inspired, listening to the wisdom of my body. The day was really allowed to resonate and reverberate. Thank you for doing such beautiful work.<\/span><\/p>\n\r\n
