Module 1: You as a leader
The most influential part of the system you lead is you as a leadership instrument. How do you tune the different parts of your inner system impacts the most how you can tune the external system.
Body, mind, soul and spirit are not concepts, but living systems that need awarenes, calibration and purpose in order to properly serve your goals. The expectation of your leadership belongs to others, the definition of your leadership belongs to you.
Acting from the right place and generating the right movements creates the space for the team members to express, synchronize and perform. Decisions are not meant to make everyone happy, but make the whole better.

Module 2: Decoding team dynamics
Systemic Understanding for leading teams : a systemic approach reveals hidden dynamics and helps unlock untapped potential within your team.
You’ll learn to see beyond the immediate challenges and identify the root causes that influence performance and collaboration.
You will learn how to work with the patterns so that you no longer have to work against them. Look differently: To what is this pattern/ problem a solution for?

This program starts from the inside out. Simply acquiring external skills and knowledge is not enough. To truly lead, you must first understand and refine your inner leadership instrument and understand where you come from.
