Program outline:
This 3-day retreat invites you into deep connection with your roots, with the nature and the wild force within you. Set out in a forest, it offers space to unplug from daily noise and reconnect with your essence. Nature becomes our teacher and mirror—quiet, wild, wise, joyful and free.
You’ll move between individual and group work, held and holding. The group becomes a source of strength. A true sisterhood.

Program story:
This program was developed by Evelyne Debeuckelaer and offered successfully for over five years. To date, around 100 women have taken part, internationally. We are honored to tailor this proven program in partnership between Noomly and Bravva Female Founders, combining our missions and educational expertise in working with women in business.

Evelyne is a seasoned coach and facilitator specialised in leadership and organizational development with background as HR director and extensive experience in international settings. She offers systemic coaching, training, and consulting services tailored to leaders, teams, and coaches.
With Untamed Presence, she offers leadership development workshops and programmes specifically designed for women. Her approach is deeply influenced by ancient wisdom, rituals, and inspiration drawn from South Africa, aiming to liberate life energy within organizations, teams, and leaders.

Ilinca is an entrepreneur, systemic coach and co-founder of Bravva Female Founder, a platform for education for business aligned with the heart, body and mind. As a consultant, she combines business training with personal development, supporting women to build courage and inner trust, balance and wisdom.
A lover of nature, she climbed Kilimanjaro and Atlas mountain peaks, tracking Patagonia and sailed over seas, exploring adventures across the world. A frequent visitor of African countries and traditions, she uses rituals and african wisdom to connect with what is in us already – the mother earth vitality and the celestial tree of knowledge.
Location:
Casa Lila – Colti 193, located 2h15min drive from Bucharest. The location is a private retreat facility, all reserved for our group. Accommodation and food are included in the program.
Timing:
- July 1st: 2pm arrival
- July 2nd: full day
- July 3rd: 3pm departure
We explore the nature, have working sessions, eat together and work again from dusk till dawn. Expect a full program, and fully presence required for making the best out of the experience.

Retreat all inclusive package
- One wild place: 750€ + VAT
- Two or more wild places: 675€ + vat
The reateat all inclusive package include accomodation and food, drinks, water and coffee, teas and fruits. Transportation is not included and is to be managed individually. The Casa Lila is A 2 hours and 15 min drive from bucharest.
