DESCRIPTION:Programma\n  \nInhoud\nEen internationaal programma van 5 volle dagen\, gehouden in Gent\, waar deelnemers samen een voorstelling creëren\, een toneelstuk schrijven en opvoeren op een echt podium – voor een gastpubliek. \n\nWaar we mee werken:\n\nDe kracht van storytelling: hoe verhalen een gemeenschap opbouwen en leiderschap versterken.\nVoorstelling als ritueel: theater als een krachtige ceremonie waar deelnemers zichzelf in nieuwe rollen en perspectieven ontmoeten.\nDe rol van het lichaam: ritme\, ademhaling en beweging als sleutels tot aanwezigheid en impact.\n\nWat is het resultaat:\n\nOude patronen doorbreken – bewustwording en een nieuwe jij ontdekken.\nMaak contact met je instincten\, lichaamstaal en emotionele intelligentie.\nBenader spanning en conflict vanuit een plek van kalmte en authenticiteit.\n\n\nAuthentiek leiderschap\nDe uitdagingen van het leven zijn heftig en als leiders moeten we een vaste basis hebben – we moeten ruimte vasthouden voor anderen die in onze voetstappen zullen volgen. Om dat te doen kunnen we connectie maken met wat er al is … \nDe weg begint en eindigt namelijk niet met het individu. De systemische bijdrage geeft een geworteldheid in het grotere verhaal van je leven – het wijdere systeem dat ons samenhoud en verbind. \nDit is geen een typische leiderschaps-training. Het is een unieke ervaring waarbij theater en rituelen samenkomen om jou te helpen als leider. \nJe leven en je leiderschap worden het script\, je staat op het toneel – verwelkom de transformatie van je lichaam\, je geest en je ziel. Door op te treden kan je connectie maken met alles wat je bent en dit delen met andere deelnemers. In the past\, the future is growing…” \n  \nNina Plantefève-Castryck – Dancer and coreographer. \nNina is active as a dancer and is associated with companies such as Jr.cE.sA.r in KVS and Hetpaleis. She participated in productions that explore the boundaries of contemporary dance and theater\, such as ‘R.I.S.A.’ (2023) and ‘Burning City’ (2024). \n  \nElke Gijsemans – Visual artist and designer \nElke Gijsemans is a visual artist who works both in the studio and live on stage. Her paintings emerge from the raw energy of performers\, while her installations confront injustice with bold acts of resistance. She has been featured in performances such as Hannibal and Burning City\, where her live painting became an integral part of the work. \n  \nIlinca Păun –  Coach\, Systemio co-founder\, founder of Leaders on Stage \n“This program was born from an inspirational moment – seeing the play R.I.S.A\, in Bruxelles\, where Junior and his team performed magically on stage about family traumas\, about social unfair decisions\, and above all\, about the power of healing together. \nI thought – wow\, this could be a way for mature leaders to step out of the shadow of perfectionism and control\, and show that a full life includes wounds\, but we must not hide it anymore\, but make it part of our leadership\, our voice\, our identity.” \nThe first edition of Leaders on Stage was in April 2025 (Bukarest); further editions were in december 2025 and 3 more editions are planned in Romenia in 2026; aside of Belgium and probably other countries as from 2027. \n  \nEvelyne Debeuckelaer – Coach\, Trainer \nSystemic coach for organisational & leadership development in international settings\, following a previous career in HR management. Trainer in systemic work and facilitator of personal development also for women. \nHer passion for systemic work\, ancient wisdom and rituals\, and her inspiration from South Africa continue to fuel her personal and professional development. \nShe was particpant of the first edition of Leaders on Stage in 2025 and is eager to bring the transformational power of this unique concept to Belgium. \n
