About Evelyne
Evelyne Debeuckelaer is the beating heart behind noomly – leading beyond. She is an organisational, team and leadership coach, using the systemic lens as a foundation.
My career started in the world of Human Resources, where I gained more than 20 years of experience as HR Director and HR Business Partner. I worked in diverse contexts – from headquarters to production environments – and within both multinationals and SMEs. Always with people, organisations, and development as common threads.
Gradually, the desire grew to work closer to the core of change and growth. My career flowed naturally into a second chapter: that of independent coach, consultant, and trainer. Here I found the space to fully deploy my sharpness, sensitivity, and systemic perspective.
Systemic work, which initially intrigued me, became one of my most important methods. It helps me make undercurrents visible and create movement, both in individuals and in teams and organisations.

Systemic coaching: a great discovery I came home to
My first introduction to systemic work was unexpected and left a deep impression. Philippe Bailleur introduced me to working with constellations during a leadership programme he supervised in an organisation where I served as HR Director. What was a first glimpse turned out to be the beginning of a deepening and inspirational journey.
In 2019, I took the next step and enrolled in the Weaving Wisdom learning programme – a path around systemic work, ancient wisdom and rituals. Via Ria Verlinden, my path led to South Africa, where I followed the Facilitator of Constellations training with Tanja Meyburgh for two years. At the same time, I deepened my practice in Europe through the Systemic Work training of the Phoenix Institute.
Today, these influences merge into a unique style. I connect systemic work with the power of rituals, the wisdom of the ancestral field, and a deep respect for the natural order of things.

The Weaving Wisdom Community
In Europe, Ria Verlinden has taken the initiative to form a community of trainers and coaches trained in systemic work, ancient wisdom and rituals. The connection with South Africa is particularly nourishing in this regard.
The foundation for this community is formed by the Weaving Wisdom training, which has been an important transition moment in the lives and work of many (former) participants for many years.
What characterises us is that we live and work from the personal to the intergenerational, cultural, and collective perspective. Our commitment is to explore and take new steps that challenge ourselves and others to explore new paths.
